Minus7 delivers low cost, net carbon zero heating and hot water to housing associations, developers, architects and innovators. The Approach
Our starting point was a series of internal workshops and customer interviews that enabled us to get to the heart of the technology and its value, drawing out key insights that would help support the development of a differentiated and simple to understand proposition.
We also worked in partnership with he management team to define the company’s purpose, capture the differentiation both at company and technology level and ensure that messaging was relevant and meaningful to all stakeholder groups.
Following the brand development, we developed a sales and marketing strategy centred around engaging and powerful customer stories that prospective customers would buy into (rather than the usual features and benefits approach).
This culminated in a full rebrand of all customer touch points (on and offline) and the creation of a bold, eye-catching brand campaign incorporating physical and digital marketing elements. Em delivered 9 successful events, established our social media presence & obtained significant media exposure, pipeline growth and accelerated lead conversion rates.
