The Brief
Meta Downhole is a UK-based engineering and service company that offers technology and expertise to provide downhole metal-to-metal isolation solutions in well integrity applications. With offices in 3 locations globally and 30 employees, The CEO’s bold new strategy was to build a portfolio of disruptive technologies, but the company needed to be able to demonstrate the value and benefits of these products to early adopters and investors.
The Approach
The team led a series of interviews and workshops to get to the heart of the technology and its value. Using this knowledge, the team were able to support the board to simplify their proposition, redefine the company’s purpose and ensure all messaging was meaningful to multifarious key stakeholder groups by building a story that people could buy into, rather than drowning them in technical features and benefits.
The final step was to review and update all the existing brand touch points and roll out an eye-catching brand campaign unlike any other in the industry.
